New weekly Bulletin format

Kathy David as requested a modification of the weekly newsletter. It will still be delivered via email, but it looks and acts a bit different.

Top picture - Please submit a picture of a special place to you, a Rotarian in Action, a Club event - you get the idea. Minimum size is 600 x 150.
It can be sent to more than just our members. Think Rotary and Club Awareness. Suggest a name to added to our list - public officials, folks you are trying to get interested in Rotary, etc.
If you see a story or topic of interest - may be from the Rotarian magazine - let me know and I will add stories about it.
