Program on January 9 - Refugio County 4-H Queen

Refugio County 4-H Queen for 2014 paid a visit to the Club this week. The queen is not a stranger to us - she is our own Reagan Ruddock. Reagan told us a bit about the 4-H program and how it has impacted her life and the lives of many others. We are proud of her.
