Rotary Honduras Water Project

Tom Plumb, a member of the Port Isabel Rotary Club, spoke to local Rockport Rotary Club about his International Rotary project, Hands to Honduras. Tom and his team of volunteers build water treatment facilities in rural Honduras.

Rockport Rotary presented a $1000 donation to Tom for his program. Presenting the check is Rotary Vice President Sam Spears.
